    Our 1,500 square foot facility is the perfect venue for one-on-one and small group training. As a client of Chaos’ private training regime, you will receive the most in-depth and comprehensive training programs imaginable. Each client will train under a tailor-made program, structured directly to his or her goals, abilities, and fitness level.

    OBSTACLE COURSE & RACE PREP

    What!? Your gym doesn’t have an obstacle course!?

    We do.

    We developed a grueling 250yd course spanning the entire perimeter of our property. ​On our course you’ll be exposed to a 6′ climbing wall, pull-ups bars, tires, 10′ cargo net, crawl pipes, Chaos Hill, hurdles, monkey bars and many more surprises.

    POWERLIFTING

    Through proven and time tested training principles, we develop custom programs geared towards your specific strength goals. This isn’t for everyone, but if you love competition and getting “under the bar” – the platform may be the place for you. Our powerlifting team has a proven track record in competition so whether you’re just looking to be the strongest version of yourself or interested in competing nationally, we can help you reach your goals.

    RUN CLUB

    During the Spring and Fall we offer a free running club that meets at Chaos Saturday mornings at 9am. The club is for all skill levels with ranging distances, in addition to interval, hill and obstacle course work.

    As a club, we also run together in local 5k, 10k and obstacle/mud runs.

    Membership is not required to be a part of the Run Club.
