Hi, my name is Josh Wakefield. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life ever since I was a kid. Growing up I’ve always played sports. In eighth grade, I was introduced to weight training and have not stopped training since. In high school, I was a two-sport athlete in football and track. I continued to compete in track at Bridgewater State University until I graduated with a bachelors degree in criminal justice as well as a minor in psychology. I have been a correctional Officer for the MA Department of Correction since 2013. I am also CPR, AED and First aid certified through the American Heart Association. I have been a member of the Chaos community since December of 2013. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Since joining, I have trained and competed for different events such as various mud runs, 5k road races, triathlons, the Spartan Beast, and I now compete in competitive power lifting. Being a trainer at this gym allows me to help people achieve their fitness goals, and I am excited to be part of the Chaos Fitness staff.
